RBTC PROGRAMS
LEVEL ONE: BASIC TRAINING
Students come to RBTC with varying levels of scriptural knowledge and spiritual maturity. For this reason Basic Training is foundational in nature, bringing you to a firm understanding of basic Bible Truths and Christian Doctrines as well as providing revelation for successful Christian living. Through a balanced, Bible-based curriculum, and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit, students discover who they are in Christ and what purpose God has created them for.

LEVEL TWO: ADVANCED TRAINING
On completion of Basic Training, you move onto Advanced Training which builds on the strong Biblical foundation from Basic Training. There are three areas of specialised study which, in addition to further advance courses, focus on equipping you for the specific area of service God has called you to through practical training in various areas of ministry and societal leadership.
LEVEL TWO STREAMS: ADVANCED TRAINING SPECIALTY STREAMS:
- Spiritual Leadership If you are called to or feel a strong pull towards the five-fold ministries (apostle, prophet, teacher, pastor, or evangelist), the Spiritual Leadership Stream is the most appropriate choice for you. Even if you are not currently serving in one of these offices, you may have an inner conviction that your calling involves preaching, teaching, or other core ministry roles.
- Supportive Leadership If your ministry involvement is within a supportive role—such as children’s ministry, media, drama, music, ushering, or other similar areas—and you do not feel a specific call to the five-fold ministries, then the Supportive Leadership Stream is likely the best fit for you.
- Societal Leadership (Those who feel called to be agents of critical change within every sphere of society– Health, Media, Politics, Business, Education, etc.)
